The terms and conditions of sale as set out herein ("Terms of Sale") constitute an agreement between the person/ entity listed as seller ("we", "us" or "our") on the portal (collectively, "storecreek.com") and you ("you" or "your") and govern your purchase of the services from us on or through storecreek.com. By placing an order for any service with us or making a purchase of service, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. These Terms of Sale are in addition to various agreements, Service Terms, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and all other policies of storecreek.com. These Terms of Sale constitute an electronic record within the meaning of the applicable law. 1. Our Contract of Sale
1.1. Listing and display of a website, domain, sub domain by us on storecreek.com is our invitation to you to make an offer for purchase of our services. Likewise, the placement of an order on storecreek.com by you is your offer to buy the service from us.
1.2. Once you have placed an order with us for purchase of a service, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Order Confirmation").
2. Refund, Cancel and Transfer
2.1 Website, Domain and sub domain sales are final and cannot be cancelled.
2.2 Domain and sub domain cannot be transferred to another person.
2.3 If you have see any error in the payment, please mail us at contact@storecreek.com within 30 days of payment date. We will verify and process refund within 5 business days. We will refund the amount to the same account from which the payment was made. If it is not possible to refund to the same account, we will contact you through your registed mobile or email with us. You can give an account to which the refund amount can be sent.
3. Website and Domain
3.1 If sub domain service is ordered and paid, the website will be available within 1 hour.
3.2 If own domain service is ordered and paid, the website will be available as soon as the registrar completes the registration process and the domain becomes available.
3.3 We are not responsible if the registration process gets delayed or if the vendor could not complete the domain registration. We will notify by call or by email for success or failure case.
3.4 We will not design your website. It is your responsibility to design your website using the website editor. You can use the given templates and edit them as you wish.
4. Pricing
4.1. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees. Price, as displayed, excludes of all applicable taxes.
5. Taxes
You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of services from us and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes.
6. Anti-Spam Policy
Extracting and usage of our customer data from public services like WhatsApp, Facebook etc., without their concern, is against our privacy policy and it is considered as spamming. Any Individual/Business found performing this action will be condemned and action will be taken as necessary by Indian anti-spam laws.
